Completely Alone in a Crowded Room

About a year after my husband died, I was at a family Thanksgiving, and as I sat and watch the little ones playing, I smiled at their silliness. Immediately I felt so guilty, how dare I be happy, and it  felt like a betrayal of my husbands memory. I closed my eyes and thought, "I wish you could be here, I miss you so much, and I will never forget you.

I wanted a way to send messages to the heavens and remembered the Prayer Wheels of Tibet,

Inspired by the Prayer Wheel in Tibet this design ensures that you will always be sending a message to the Heavens. The Prayer Wheel is inscribed with prayers and each spin silently sends what is written on it toward whoever you want to communicate with, even in a crowded room or family event they are missing. You can heal in your grief journey without feeling guilty, as you are bringing them with you.

The first message was "ALWAYS IN MY HEART & SOUL" and the 2nd was the Serenity Prayer.
